Understand and explain ADHD to others. Understanding it is fundamental not only for the people who face it, but also for those who live with that person.

Find out what type of environment works best, people with ADHD tend to get distracted easily, even more so when the task is not interesting to them. In general, they work better in quiet environments with fewer distractions or interruptions. Smartphones can make it even more difficult to focus on what you need to do. So make sure it doesn't interfere with your studies or work.
TIP 3
Plan specific times to distract yourself. It is unreasonable to expect that you will be able to work for several hours at a time without any interruptions. This is difficult even for those who don't have ADHD. After each period of Work completed, take a distraction break, such as: watching a video, stretching, etc...
